Who forms the Scrum Team?

The Scrum Team is comprised of three key roles: the Scrum Master, the Development Team, and the Product Owner. This structure is fundamental to the Scrum framework.

The Scrum Master serves as a facilitator and coach for the Scrum Team, helping to guide the team in understanding and implementing Scrum practices and principles. They work to remove impediments, foster collaboration, and ensure that the team adheres to Agile values and Scrum processes.

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Development Team. They manage the Product Backlog, ensuring it is clear, visible, and prioritized to reflect stakeholder needs and feedback.
